Alternative Rock band, Hardcastle played a spectacular show last Sunday at the Paramount Theatre as they opened for Indie Latin Rock band, Vortxz.

An adrenaline rush was felt throughout the crowd as Graham Laderman’s strong vocals echoed throughout the venue as they played one of their many unreleased songs, “Paranoia”.

The immediate sensation of high energy that he brought to the stage is exactly what an opener needs, and it was executed flawlessly.

Alongside Laderman were his bandmates Noah Christian on bass, Raul “Perro” Murillo on guitar, Aram Behshid on drums, and Zeph Park on guitar and keys.

The fluidity among the band was instantly recognizable as they all played extremely well while leaving just enough room for fun interactions between each other and the crowd.

Laderman wasn’t the only member of the band that got to show off his vocals, soon enough the crowd got to sing along with Murillo as he covered “Lamento” by Los Enanitos Verdes.

One of the most memorable moments from the show was watching the crowd slowly turn on their flashlights and wave them in the air during their unreleased song, “Melancholy Angel”.

A view that every artist can only ever imagine witnessing was happening right before their eyes.

Making this even more special is that it was during one of their originals, a piece of music that was once their own but will soon captivate the hearts of others.

Every single member acts as a vital part to creating such a profound sound filled with both vocal and instrumental harmonies that can catch the mind and ears of anyone in the crowd.

It doesn’t take a music critic to understand how much talent swarms this band, and it was shown on the Paramount stage that night.

Make sure to listen to their music on any streaming service and be prepared for upcoming releases, you surely don’t want to miss it.
